SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within two (2) business days. We strive to ship orders within two (2) to three (3) business days from the date your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

An e-mail will be sent with the shipping details and tracking information. Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS, and requires signature confirmation for the delivery.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages which contain your order.

Please contact the shipping courier directly regarding lost, stolen or damaged packages.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY 

No refunds. Exchanges can be made within seven (7) days of purchase delivery date. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for the items they would like to exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Bedding, pillows, sale and clearance items are final sale.
